Need help: baby chicken has one bent leg and can’t walk

Hey guys. Just needed some help with my baby chicken who has a leg problem. It’s legs are both underneath it which is good but one of its legs are bent so unnaturally. I can’t explain it. Here’s a pic:

That is probably a slipped tendon. Look at the hocks of the chick, from the back. If one is larger than the other, that's what it is.

In order to correct it has to be splinted ASAP, or it will grow and get worse, and be froze into that position.

There are threads that address the problem, with how to make a splint.
