I have been thinking on this for over a year. I have registered shetland sheep and when my ewe's lamb and I go to register the babies a "Unique" farm name is required as a prefix to the name of the lamb. For example - I purchased a ewe at Falconwoods farm and its name is Falconwoods Priscilla.
Any creative thinkers out there?
Here are some facts about our farm.
- - Smith is our last name- quite generic and I'd rather not use it.
--We have acres of wild berrys growing in our pasture blackberrys and black rasberrys
--I have chickens and sheep - so I'd like it to cover both or I'd lean towards chickens somehow
--The road we live on was once called Springhill - due to lots of nature springs and it being very hilly. However- Many other businesses on this road are called "springhill---something or other"
-- we also have 2 ponds stocked with fish
Here are some names that have been thrown out there but nothing seems to be just right
Katsberry Farm
Blackberry Farm
Chickaberry Farm
My husband refers to it now- since I've gotten all these animals --as a funny farm.
need a name that looks good on an egg carton and good infront of a sheep's name.
Thanks a million!!!
