Need help Converting coop

I was wondering how I can at little to no cost convert this coop I got for chickens to hold 6-7 Rhode Island Reds.. It was a gift and figured it would be easy to convert. I don't NOT want to use it just make it bigger to hold 6-7 RR's? Any help is greatly appreciated..

I doubt it. They say this is for 2-4 chickens. I've seen one in person and it is pretty flimsy.

What about doubeling the run and putting another "like house on the other side ?

I was thinking of finding a old dog house to attach to the back of it. Good Idea or not?

What are the dimensions of the existing coop? Existing run? I wonder if you might be happy with adding a large dog house. Will you free range the birds? By the way, I'm a newbie, too.

The house is:
Product Width: 42-1/2 in.
Product Length: 28 in.
Product Height: 39 in.

The run is:
Product Width: 40 in.
Product Length: 60 in.
Product Height: 36 in.

I will let them out for about a hour or 2 every night when they get bigger.. I appreciate all the help everyone..
