Need Help Deciphering Rooster Body Language

If only I wasn't already overrun with unconfirmed and confirmed boys.
When it comes to roosters I have a bit of a problem.....take him first and think about problems later.
But a handsome young man you have there.

I have that problem too, which is why I can't bring myself to get rid of the mean one. Haha!
This is Topaz, the Glorious A-Hole. He's a Mosaic. They're supposed to be NICE birds, but he didn't get the memo I guess!

But he's so handsome
I've had one proper mean rooster, and his brother who calmed down. Both were ugly.
The one that calmed down never learnt to crow properly. He had a stutter and a high pitched voice. I loved it.

He is beautiful, that's for sure. Perfect right down to the tips of his toes and points of his comb, but SUCH a jerk!
