It can be hard to diagnose an illness from just looking at droppings. I would check her crop first thing in the morning to see if it has emptied. Crop impaction can occur during other illnesses, worms, or a blockage further down in the gizzard or intestines. If she is laying normal eggs, it doesn’t sound like a reproductive issue, but those casuse crop problems as well. Is there any way you could get some fresh droppings collected overnight in a dog crate, examined by a vet to test for worms and coccidiosis?
If the crop is still full and hard in the morning, I would put her on water with electrolytes, and feed a little egg with a tsp of plain yogurt, but no solids or whloe grains. Massage it several times a day in a downward motion.
