Need help figuring out what’s wrong with my serama rooster, thanks.

His poop is Liquidy and like a dark green, I just got him to eat some grain and a vitamin also got him to drink but there’s not really any improvements since yesterday I might see if I can get some medicine from tractor supply today
Offer him some Spinach, for iron?

Liquidy green poop sounds like malnutrition. Make him a wet mash, or Scrambled eggs, see if those will be of interest?

Is he still behaving as if he can't see? Did you try the vitamin E?

If he can't see, he likely isn't getting enough to eat or drink. This will produce bile in the poop which turns it green.

Give him an E capsule each day, and you might try syringing water into his beak as well as see if he'll eat if you place a bowl of food under his beak and peck at it with your finger so he can hear where it is.

I need to do this with a blind chicken I have, and at present, she needs tube feeding to get food and water into her due to a bout of wry neck caused by tumors she has on her head putting pressure on her brain. Vitamin E is helping my hen, so this is why I recommend you try it for your little guy.
