Need help hatching emu eggs

I have 5 fertile ( hopefully

) emu eggs. I only have a little giant still air incubator. Could someone help me with the temperature. I know it needs to be 97.5 but is that at the top of the eggs of at the middle? If it is 97.5 at the top it is 94 at the middle where should I gauge it by?

I'd think it will be hard to hatch them in a little giant. As the heating element is on the top, I'd set the temps at just below the top of the egg and turn often
I'm just guessing, I always used a sportsman on our ratites.
Maybe someone who's used a little giant on them will chime in...
