NEED HELP, I have some kind of fruit PIC ADDED

Put it in a pot and thicken it with a bit of corn starch. Plum Syrup!!

I did try the corn starch but wasn't to sure how much to put in. I tasted it and I can't decide if it's sweet or sour. LOL They all sealed so I'm going to leave them alone until I decide what to do. I may open some and try adding more corn starch. Thanks Coyote.
 
Plum jelly can take longer to stiffen up than other kinds of juice-- up to a week, according to the directions I read. You can always try to cook them down again --- buy new seals for your jars & a box of sure-jell & follow the directions for re-cooking it down. I have done this successfully and turned "syrup" into "jelly".
