Need help identifying a rooster

Hi I've has chickens in the past and usually can identify a rooster in may I ordered all pullets as chicks from a reputable farm one of my girls is I think a boy need some help please

I knew he was a he where I live I cannot have a roo do I call where I got him from and ask for a hen??

Where did you get him from? Some places (most) dont take back cockerels.
