need help identifying their sex

Here is my cuckoo Marian and buff orpington. Are they hens or cocks

again if the tail and wing feathers are short they are roos and if the tail and wing feathers are longer they are hens jeff
 
At what age can you tell the sex, or at least begin to have a clue? My chicks are just 12 days old. One of them is now decidedly larger than the others and also the most aggressive of the four. They are 2 Easter Eggers, 1 Rhode Island Red and 1 Barred Rock. It's one of the Easter Eggers that's the big gal... or guy? I can't have a roo, so if it's likely I got one that slipped through the sexing process, best not get attached.
 
I also have 2 Easter eggers one them is a lot bigger than the other. So far I believe their both females but time will tell lol
 
well my hens are bigger than many rosters..refer to post above by me it accurate..
