Need help identifying this breed

The difficulty with sexing sebrights is that there are no male and female differences in the colours, patterns, or feathering. Both male and female have the henny feathered tail and both have the pea comb which is less easy to decide male vs female.
With a bit of practice - I can usually sex my bantams between 6 and 8 weeks. The males have thicker shanks, a more upright stature, more "hawkish" look in the face, and generally they start to act like little cockerels by that age. It is "less" obvious but the cockerel combs are usually more pronounced so if you have birds to compare you can pick the hens vs the cockerels.
You mean rose combs?

I suggest you make contact with some of your poultry clubs - they are likely to have breeder contacts for people with Sebrights. I suspect Aus will be like NZ - they are about but not common. If you want to show, then you are best to take your time to find the right source, as it's a hard road getting rid of non standard traits!
I have tried getting in touch with my local club however due to this thing called COVID no one has bothered to get back to me....
