Need help identifying this breed

A sebright should have slate legs, not yellow. Also a sebright, at that age, would be showing the henny tail feathers (male and female both have henny tails). A sebright should also have uniformed lacing over the entire body although poorer quality birds can have wonky or incomplete lacing. Altogether I'd say you do not have a sebright.
