Need help! Is this molting?

I have one hen that is bald on her sides and all around her vent and underside and two just starting to lose feathers. This is also my first full year of having birds so this post has made me feel a lot better. Thanks for all the knowledge and I absolutely love this forum!!

I ended up buying a chicken saddle for her to protect her back. Watching the rooster mount I believe he’s taking her feathers off trying to mount her. Hoping this works well.
