Had coffee with DH this morning.
We did get him a new boob tube the other day.
His was so old still weighed more.
Not internet ready at all.

Good morning and the coffee is ready!
It has been hot and smoky here from all of the fires west of the Divide. My friend wound up having a COPD incident, the doc said, and she has antibiotics and steroids to take for a bit.
I managed to plant a fall garden and maybe something will produce.

The wildfire smoke is clearing out here. The neighbor is burning some trash in their wood fired boiler. It's mostly an east wind, so the smoke is mostly blowing back toward their house.

Good morning Cafe and thanks for the much needed coffee, Margie!

I think maybe the smoke is getting to me. I woke up yesterday with a headache. I assumed it was because I wasn't drinking enough water so I pounded down water all day at work and just couldn't shake it. I also couldn't warm up. I went out to my car at lunchtime and reclined in the seat with the windows up and the engine off and just relaxed. I ended up dozing off for about 20 minutes. I woke up and was a little better. What I found decidedly odd was that I did not sweat a drop and it had to be in the high 80s in my car.

I slept poorly last night because I passed out again when I got home from work and never did my evening hours. I am going to take today off and finish up yesterday's owed hours this morning.
