Need help!! Missing turner parts :(

Ok so, I ordered a bunch of quail hatching eggs without realizing I was missing a few parts from my turner! I didn't think they'd be important, but it turns out the whole thing won't turn more than once without them.

I'm missing the little white things that keep the trays on my turner (the one the came with my hovabator 1602N) from falling out after a single turn. Does anyone know what they're called/where I can order extras? I checked incubator warehouse and eBay but haven't found any.
Maybe some alternatives to using the little white things as well?

Is it some sort of snap ring?

Maybe some teeny O ring gaskets would work? Do you have at least 1 so you can compare the hole size?
If you don't you could just use the tray end to compare probably.
