need help picking BLRWs for breeding pen - lots of photos!!

Thanks!! I think most of the younger ones are from Red Roof Hens (JamesA line). I'm not totally sure though because I might've gotten eggs from another BYC auction also, but didn't make good records.

I just found this thread that shows me what shape a wyandotte should be when viewed from the side (beautiful photo of a heart-shaped bird):

So, I can definitely see now that I'm a long way off from that! Also, I need to see what the "spike" looks like on the comb, since I don't think I have that on any birds either. Is it like the spike on a hamburg? I have some baby hamburgs so I'll know soon what that looks like for comparison.
I think I will probably just use my BLRW for pretty-free-rangers, and try to decide on something else for breeding. I also have Ameraucana, Blue Marans, Golden Cuckoo Marans, Welsummers, and silkies, so hopefully one of those breeds will give me a better starting point. So far I'm leaning toward the welsummers (for egg color), the Ameraucana (for egg color), and the silkies (for my kids to use in 4-H).
