I noticed that she has this small scrape on the side of her beak and lips. This also happened today but it's so minimal. I mostly wanted to show her lack of color and comb.

I would consider a bacterial infection such as Clostridium perfrigens. Do you have an antibiotic on hand?

That definitely seems like a possibility. I was thinking an infection somewhere. Is this likely to be in the entire flock or just this bird. Is this treatable or am I going to lose her?

It's treatable if you get to it soon enough. It's a very wicked and deadly bacteria, usually found under deep compost where there are anaerobic conditions. This is something that needs to be consumed, so she isn't contagious to the others.

If you have penicillin or amoxicillin, I would just go ahead and start her on it immediately.
