Need help possible eye infection in duck

So, one of my ducks has problems opening one of his eyes. He's eating and drinking like normal no breathing or respiratory problems. He does open his eye for some time but then closes it.
I've got rose water with me can it help if I clean the eye with it?

Did you find out what it is, my duck is having the same problem
