Need help - Refresh my mind ??

Ok so I'm not new at hatching chicks and have had some GREAT hatches in the past !! Well now I'm having a few problems and wondering if anyone knows why and what might be causing my issues !!!

What caused crooked (sp?) foot ? Also should I try to fix this or should I cull chicks with this problem?? This is happening in more that 1 chick. Also what caused a chick to pip the wrong end ?

Never had these issues before, This is driving me nuts !!! Any help/answers would be GREAT !!!

It could be in the genes, or it could be from the hatching. The slower a chick is in hatching, the more chances there are for it to have problems such as a twisted foot. Are they hatching later than 21 days? The pip on the wrong end is not all that uncommon.
