Need help sexing silkie

I've been skunked with alot of roosters have 5 out of 7 that are roos I was thinking of buying this bird from someone but not sure if it's a hen or not it's 11 weeks old

Since it's a silkie it's actually really hard to tell. On some of them you can't even tell until they crow or lay an egg. That said, the comb seems pretty wide and the crest looks swept back, plus I think I'm seeing wattle development so I'd be cautious that it may be a rooster. Hopefully some master silkie sexers will stop by and help you out.
