Need help to stop a hen from laying

Hi all new to the group but need advice asap:/ my hen was prolapsed and has purse string sutures in for the next several days. The one thing she can not do is try and lay. I have separated her from the others, took her off layer feed and am feeding her greens and fruits to reduce calcium, filled a box with “eggs” any other suggestions?

Keep her in the dark for several hours a day. Just not pitch black darkness.
