Need help with 2 babies

Have two babies I had to take away & I have them under a heat lamp. One is way too small & weak and if I hadn't helped him out of the egg, he probably would have died inside it. The other got its head injured & had no feathers or skin on top, so I removed it because I was afraid the mother would peck at it. Don't know what happened to it to cause the injury.

What can I do? Neither are eating (the one is too weak & small). The other was only with the mother for 2 days and hasn't gotten the hang of it yet.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I would think there is another reason that they are not eating. Chicks that come out of the bator can eat and drink almost straight away with no mummy to show them. You could try and put them back with mum too, I had a chick for three days under a heat lamp and put him with a mummy chicken who had just hatched chicks he is doing well.

Give them some cooked egg yolk, and get some Vitamin and electrolyte powder to put in the water.
