need help with a 6 week chick

I have a 6 week cornish bantam chick that is skinny and not gaining weight . I have tried worming it and its still on chick feed what else can I do? I have it with the younger chicks and its always the frist to the food dish when I feed so its still eating.

Do you feed your chicks medicated chick feed? Are your chicks droppings normal?

Yes medicatated feed. Her dropings are darker brown color. Kinda loose and watereryy
