Need help with a diet plan!

I just wanted to update following a better sense of eating and being able to track everything on that site is really amazing!

Today I am 174, and we've added regular daily walks to the menu starting last week.... only wrecked that because of the terrible rains we had so I lost a few days I would have. Yesterday we walked as a family for an hour and a half!

So far I've lost 6 lbs, and I think this is working well for me.
