Need help with baby chick!

Any advice on this little one would be appreciated! It appears to be more than the normal yolk leftover. There is a fair amount of blood in the incubator. Not sure how long she has been out as she hatched overnight but she took almost 24 hours to hatch. I feel like these may be her intestines hanging out? Should I push them back in or ??? She wakes up and walks around peeping but she's definitely weak.

Those don't look good, unfortunately, if they're intestines, you're going to need to put it down.
