Need help with breed and gender of Week 8 chicken

Dixie/Rainbow/Pioneer. Different hatcheries have different names for them.

Hi, to those who have experienced with rainbow or Dixie chicken, can advise if my chickens are pullets or cockerels? Both are 17 weeks old and haven't crow nor lay egg (I have put in a real egg in their cage as I don't have golf ball nor fake egg, but none went to brood over it). The darker brown one lately lift the two wings up slightly (see first picture). Many thanks.

Yes noted they are Dixie/rainbow/pioneers. They are now 17weeks old. Wondering if they are pullets or cockerels⁇ None gave crowed yet. Thanks.

I wanna say new hamp... but they are a bit too light for that..
and the very bottom picture... the left one is a boy :/ so I think that's the darker one correct?

Just to update that the darker one has laid eggs! So the darker one is a pullet. Now not sure if the lighter one is a pullet too or a cockerel. Here's a picture of the lighter one at 20 weeks old. Haven't crow yet. Anybody wants to guess if its a pullet or cockerel?
