Need help with my Meal Worms, Please.

I just started raising meal worms for my chickens, I ordered 3,000 to start, trying different things to learn. here is a video that really helped me. I just found 3 pupae, I have a some worms turning black and a lot of the worms have stopped moving, I think the black ones are dead, hopefully the more dormant acting ones are beginning to change to pupae. anyway heres the youtube video.

Every now and then I drop a Superworm and it makes it's way under the kitchen cabinets and several weeks later I'll see big, black beetles crawling across the floor.
