You can try treating him with Tylan. You can lance the swelling around his eye. I wouldn't massage the area too much because there is the danger of driving the infection deeper into the tissues. Warm compresses may help to move the infection to the surface. Sinus washings are sometimes helpful, but I have no idea how to do those.

Just some ideas.

Your local feed store should have Duramycin on hand. It s a tetracycline powder for poultry. They can tell you the mixture/ dosage. Poor baby. Good luck
