Need help with Nature's hatchery

I am wondering if there were health issues or a death or some other tragedy. Hopefully you will be able to get your credit card company to issue a refund.

I tried to check out their website a couple of months ago and just got some unrelated page. I was wondering what happened. I purchased some day-old SLW's from them 2 years ago, the chicks were all very healthy and thrived. They were short a couple of SLW's, so they sent one RIR and 4 BR. All the BR chicks started crowing but the rest of the chicks were pullets as requested. I just kept 4 of the SLW's (only allowed that many here), they have been sweet-tempered and good layers.

I ordered seven ducklings from them back in 2009. I've struggled for three and a half years now to keep this group of six hens (four runners/two Cayugas) and one drake (runner) healthy. No matter the feed and care I give them, they get wet feather, lose weight, have egg problems and one has died from brittle bone disease. Her femur broke in half and I took her to WSU to see the avian specialists and they discovered she had DOZENS of little fractures all over her body that she'd been living with. Their hens must be genetically inbred or something to lay and lay and lay. I can't get some of my girls to stop laying so their bodies can rest. I have one indoors right now, because she laid a soft egg, is losing weight again and can't keep her feathers oiled. I feel horrible for these poor babies.
