Need help with rooster

Need help my rooster feet r kinda bad like toes r black and he lost a toe how can I heal it? His poop is watery with brown and white. He is skinny. He has no worms and no lice or mites. He eats scratch feed and dryied bugs and eggs and oat meal and dryied bread. Dont know when it started or how long.

Photos of his feet would help. It sounds like frost bite. But we can't know that because you haven't told us where you live and what your climate is. It wouldn't be frost bite if you live someplace in the tropics.

It sounds like he could have an infection. Do you have access to a vet? Can you obtain antibiotics where you live? Some countries don't permit dispensing them without a vet.

Sorry dont like to put where I live it is worm in there barn he lays on his feet so dont know how he got frost bite. I said there no chicken vet I dont drive the only koible vet I know cost allot just to come here plus pay for other stuff cant aford that . theres no vet do chickens. The vet told me they dont give u the meds without seeing the animals first they dont see chickens. There is stores like tractor supple carries chicken meds. What kinda meds can I use??? He is kinda skinny too and watery poop brown white

Where are you located? Just a general location, such as a state or region, or Canada, etc is helpful. Pictures will be helpful. Frostbite is very common this time of year. Toes and feet, and combs and wattles are at risk if they get wet or have high humidity inthe coop during freezing temps.
I would suggest switching his feed to something like Flock Raiser, which has 20% protein and is well balanced. Scratch grains, oats and bread is not very nutritious. Scratch only has 7% protein. Oats make up a small percent of chicken feed, but they can be harmful in large amounts. A balanced feed may cost a little more, but that is all he needs.

When you say warm, what’s the temperature in their barn?

If you cannot post pictures, extent of the damage frostbite may not be known for a few days. Sometimes they will lose tips of toes, toes and even the whole foot. If possible bring him inside in a dog cage with foot and water to warm up. Spray his feet with Vetericyn wound spray or betadine to help with infection. It may take up to a month or longer when toes may fall off if the damage is bad. Chickens can live nirmally without toes, but if the whole foot is frostbitten, it would be hard to live normally. In this picture below the black toes show exactly where the toes will come off:

Thanks for the pictures. That doesn’t look too bad, and he may do well once he heals. The toe that is missing looks healthy, and the dark spots on his foot pads will need to be watched.
