need help with sick baby chicks

No problem and good luck! I give my chicks sav a chick the first 3 days after i get them to help them overcome shipping stress. This BYC thread (below) is actually better, the B vitamin part seems to apply to your chicks with the neurological issues. I bookmarked the link for myself for future use. I hope the electrolytes help. Let us know how it goes.

I have lost total of 4 out of the 28 buffs that I got. All of my 25 Blues are doing great, they are also in a different brooder. Last night I changed bedding, scrubbed and cleaned everything. I put the probiotics, electrolytes and vitamins plus a pinch of antibiotics in their water so now the wait is on .

I am not really enjoying having two 50 gal huge tubs full of chickens in my kitchen but I don't want to lose any of my precious baby chickies.
I swear last year I had an outside brooder and the mosquitoes tore those poor little babies up. I had lost a lot of babies last year and I swear it was because of the mosquitoes. The mosquitoes are horrible in Louisiana! That is why my house has turned into a chicken brooder.

I will keep you posted on if this works. But this has definitely been a great learning experience. I couldn't find anything on the net to help me out, I recommend this "save-A-chick" product to everyone. I will use it from here on out. Thank you for all of your help!!
