Need help

I have new quail chicks they were doing fine but now there butts or dirty what do I do

That is called pasty butt, you will need to wet a Q-tip with warm water and gently rub at the area. If it doesn't come off, put a very small amount of warm water in a small container and dip the quail's bottom in the water. Then, rub it gently again with a new Q-tip.

This can kill them eventually if not fixed, so I hope you tried to clean them already.
