Need help!

I'm looking for a vet in the area now, i can't seem to find one! i dont believe she is laying, she isnt drinking at all, unless i force her which i did yesterday. i am going to take her out of the pen and sit with her and try to feed her my hand. Her srop doesnt seem to be enlarged and her tummy is empty....

Whats your location i might be able to find one?

In the meantime, I would give her 2-3 ml of Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell vitamins from your local feed store. Offer her some chopped egg, tuna, wet feed, or whatever she will take. They usually will eat watermelon to get fluids into them. Get some good plain yogurt such as Chobani or other brands that have live cultures. Give her 1 tsp daily mixed into a snack, feed or egg.

ok i am off to the feed store, i will keep you posted! Thank you!

I hope she perks up. Sometimes they can be suffering from one of the reproductive disorders such as internal laying or egg yolk peritonitis, and lose weight becoming very ill. It's too bad they can't tell us where the problem is, so we have to just rule out many things.

. I wish I had a better idea of what could be wrong but I would definitely suggest removing her from the others. Maybe take her inside in a kennel to keep a better eye on her? The nutridrench is great especially with not wanting to eat. When mine was sick I couldn't get her to eat anything until she was given a mashed hard boiled egg and couldn't resist. I've heard most chickens love to eat eggs. Have you tried that. It won't solve her problem but maybe at least give her something in her stomach while it's being figured out

Just put her back into the pen with the others and all the fluid that she drank, she threw up...
