Need help!

I wouldn't really recommend putting her back in with the others. Not till you figure out what's wrong. If it's contagious she could spread it and then have a lot of sick chickens
 
I'm on my way to tractor supply to get a couple of things. If my lady is working out ask her about it. This lady is great I tell her all the time she needs to be a vet. She help me save a chicken and a goAt
 
Feel around the vent are and you should be able to feel if something is in there. My lady aTSC is on vacation the other employees don't have the knowledge she does.
 
Just put her back into the pen with the others and all the fluid that she drank, she threw up...
Had she drunk the fluids on her own? By any chance did you accidentally squeeze her crop when putting her out in the pen? I would feel the crop several times a day to check if it is puffy like a balloon. Does her breath or crop smell sour or bad? A puffy crop may be a sign of sour crop, or she might just have a slow crop due to another illness. Here is some reading about crop problems:

she drank on her own with me sitting next to her...i am going to check as soon as it gets light, i check for a lump under her heck before and didnt feel anything
