Sometimes they will eat and drink better in their normal surroundings. Can you place her in a crate inside the coop with food and water?

I agree. If you're going to put her back out there it would probably be best to keep her separated

fingers crossed moved her back outside she is in a crate in the coop with water and food...she seems more alert! I will post more in the morning! Thank you all for all your help! Good night!

Good morning all..she is hanging in a crate with her friends! Still drinking on her own. Vet called no sign of anything in the poop, which is a good thing! Hopefully she will eat a little today, I put some baby food in for her. I will keep you posted
