That's what I recommend the Vitamin B Complex for - it contains niacin

Ok so I went to go check up on him again n i get him to walk he can move

Ok so I'm thinking it's his tarsus and his digits(toes) because he can move his legs perfectly fine but not those parts...so help??

Just wanted to add you will need a needle and a syringe to draw the liquid out of the bottle, they sell both there. Then just give him 1 ml via a syringe without a needle into his mouth each day. No injecting it, just draw it up in the syringe, take the needle off, and squirt it into his beak.

Yes, a niacin supplement like that would work as well. You just don't want to buy any that are labeled as 'time release' or 'flush free'.
