Nutridrench would probably be best, but any of them will help him.
Molasses is good for weak birds because it's very sweet and sugary and gives them a boost. It also contains some essential vitamims and minerals. It should be used only in strict moderation though, too much too often will cause diarrhea.

I tried the beak dip but it’s not working and I saw them pecking a tiny bit at some food I put on the floor from them but a lot of them seem lost. I can’t find to much videos on what to do. Maybe I can find something in the community that talks about it

What did you end up buying for them?
And what type of food do you have?
They won't eat much until 3 or 4 days old, and they sleep a lot the first few days.
