Need help

No changes with her after the round of meds. Here is a picture of her back side. Any ideas on what could be wrong with her?

Clean her butt up. I'd do some Gatorade in her water, and make sure she has some free-choice calcium. Give it a couple days for the de-wormer to take effect. Does her stool look like there may be a little blood in it?

No blood visible
Be careful handling her. I suspect her abdomen is tender with that discharge. I had one chicken with exactly the same rear, difficult to clean so used a small spray bottle with lukewarm h2o and a tich of dawn dish soap. I did not handle her much at all and set up an infirmary away from the flock. She resumed eating and drinking after relaxed in quiet under a 25 watt light. It took a month for her to get back to normal, but the oozing white stool never really stopped and she never laid again. Good luck

I currently have her in a cage in the garage due to the cold mornings we’ve been having. I do let her out in the temps get up. She’s around 27 weeks and has never laid but at this point I don’t care if she ever does. She’s my favorite and I just want her to get well.

Understand, my gal was also loved:hitWatch her closely, maybe cook some brown rice and egg whites to get her eating. If you have snow offer a small bowl of it for moisture. Best wishes
