You could also pick up something like this at your feed store again tractor supply carries it.
It has added vitamins that the homemade stuff will not.

Thankyou so much for your help everyone

For worming I would NOT use DE, too many people have relied on it to find at butchering the birds had large loads of worms.

My friend Linda wanted to be all natural and used DE as preventative and wormer, besides for mites and lice. Ended up having to worm her chickens as were losing weight from a bad worm load, live worms were found in the poo piles. Mites and lice are just too small for DE to get into the bodies to kill them. You are better off using a poultry dust to kill them and keep the birds healthy.

I would check him over from beak to tail for parasites, injuries, and check for illness. Give him acv in water, poultry vitamins, dust and worm all birds on a schedule. If illness have on hand Corid for cocci, antibiotics for respiratory illnesses. Some can be put in water some need to be injected into muscle or under skin.

If not eating properly may need to tube feed him to get strength back. Here is a great link.

I have learned so much from BYC and still learning.

Sarevan is correct. DE, ACV, electrolytes are all ineffective against worms and lice/mite infestations. Pick your rooster up and visually inspect him for lice/mites. Lice or white or off white in color and move fast among feathers. Mites look like pepper or can be red in color, move slow or not at all and have 8 legs. Especially check around the vent area. Worm your rooster with either valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer or safeguard liquid goat wormer. Use one wormer or the other. Administer either wormer using a syringe without a needle. Dosage is 1/2cc orally undiluted. Repeat dosing again in 10 days.
DE is hyped and a waste of money. Take it from someone who knows.

This is him
Seems like he is pretty much dead

X2 what Sarevan and Dawg said. You may not be able to save this bird but I would still get some Valbazen or some Safeguard liquid goat dewormer and deworm him and all the rest. If he has a big worm load it's likely the rest are working on the same. Repeat the dose in 10 days. You'll also need to get some food and fluids into him if you are going to have any chance of saving him. He can still pull through with some meds and some care.
