So sorry for your loss of Pipsee. I feel for you on so many things. We had a chick that was so exhausted after it hatched that it fell asleep in the water bowl and drowned itself. I was heartbroken because it was the only one of 10 chicks that was a spawn of one of my favorite roo that passed away a few days after the hen layed the eggs. The chick was also the only one that hatched.

I’m like a kid on Christmas morning here waiting I work nights I got of this morning at 6am got home at 6:30 to cheeping out of two eggs had a third egg that wasn’t doing anything then I took a two hour nap and woke checked it and I had an internal pip and not ten minutes later one pipped then I went to the grocery store and came home and the second has pipped the third probably won’t pip til tonight or tomorrow sometime and I figure the other two will be hatched by then

That is so amazing, I can't wait to see the little buggers. What kind of chickens are they?

These three are Kelso games I love the hens of game chickens I find them to be the best moms and the roosters are just beautiful

My mother in-law has talked about me getting my girls into showing chickens and I think games are the best way to go for that they aren’t as expensive as show birds of the more prevelant breeds out in my opinion
