I have Ameraucana chickens that are now laying green eggs. I love them! I have heard that the green eggs are low in cholesterol. Where can I find more info on nutritional value of these eggs? Thanks for any help.

    Welcome to the forum!

There is no difference in nutrition between green, brown and/or white eggs:

Are blue eggs, from Ameraucanas, lower in cholesterol than white and brown eggs?

No. This is a very common question because years ago some hatcheries claimed that these eggs were reported to be lower in cholesterol and higher in nutritional value than other chicken eggs.
