Hi,
My friends blue/black orpington babies are hatching (YAY!) but one of them has what seems t be spraddle leg. I did look up lots of good info on here, and saw how to band aid the legs.......BUT, with this fella, with them taped, he flips the legs behind him and seems to makes things way worse. Without them taped (band aid-ed) his hocks are together and bottom of legs turned out. He is about 5 hours out of the egg........ anyone??
Thanks in advance,
Alicia
P.S. these were the eggs she thought she cooked at day one, when the temps got to be 107.
out of 5 so far, only the one had spraddle legs. everone else is healthy and LOUD.
