Well, after six weeks I'm convinced it is a cockerel. None of the others even come close to looking like this dude. And just to show how the others look like, here's a pic of one of the others...

At 7-1/2 weeks old this morning, I thought my and ears was playing tricks on me - I found the dude crowing in the coop, I'm blown away. Little guy crowing at the break of dawn. Will post the action if anyone is interested.

I have two cockerels who are about 14 weeks old and they still ain't (aren't

) crowing yet!!!

Here's a short clip. Sorry I missed most of it in the video, he ran out of the coop and I never got another chance - I think he'll only crow inside the coop at this age (and let's hope it stays that way!!). Kinda cute.
