thought id do an update on heather.shes definitely not getting any worse.her appetite is great.she loves to walk around the living room with my house chicken, romeo.im giving her 3 drops polyvisol and a vit.e twice a day with bread and she gobbles it up.i tried to put the vits. down her throat cause its alot faster but it really stresses her out,so i just sit on the floor with her, blocking the other animals, and just wait for her to get done.one thing has given me alot of hope and thats when shes having one of those episodes, where it seems she has no control, when i put her treat in front of her she instantly comes out of it and starts eating.so i guess she does have some control over it.she walks around alot with her head up,just turned a little, but when she gets upset or scared then she seems to get worse then better when she calms down.my husband thinks shes not gonna wanna go back outside cause she has it to good in here..

so ill keep updating her progress, maybe it will help someone else...

thanks so much kyrose for the update, from all I've read it does seem to get worse under certain conditions.. Thats good she has a friend to hang out with and that she is doing better..

well we are almost done week 2 of vitamins.she seems no better or worse.i have noticed tho, that she seems to be loosing some weight even tho i see her eat.her face, comb and wattles seem oftly red to me.not sure whats going on there.im still giving her about a quarter of a dropper full of polyvisol and an E with selenium once a day.tomorrow if its decent out,me and the dh are gonna try to come up with something to put her in outside so she can get some fresh air and scratch around a bit...

shes actually pretty active at the moment.we didnt get to let her outside today,we have been running around all day.tomorrow for sure tho..im still very hopeful that even if she doesnt fully recover, she will still have a decent quality of life..

From all you have said I'm sure she will. Not many can live with less than perfect, but sounds like she has a wonderful care giver no matter what. Keep up the TLC

thought id give an update on heather.im starting to loosw some hope.shes starting to loosw weight, tho ive seen her eat and drink.i just dont think shes eating enough.she barely poos and when she does its totally watery.some mornings when i uncover her cage theres no poo at all.sometimes her face is blood red and other times its pale.shes inactive more then shes active.she shows little interest in her snacks.when do you know when its time to pull the plug.i want to give her every chance but i dont want her to suffer.when she gets a bit of energy and i see her acting normal(except her crooked neck)i want to have hope.i hate being in this position.just dont know what to do..
