So I noticed one of my peeps about a month or a little older has some bloody stool and I want to treat the entire flock for coccidiosis and a preventative and treatment for the little one. She is now outside with other birds her age on grass, they were all dewormed in the middle of august for roundworms.

How much per gallon of water do I mix the powder to?

Correct dosage of the 20% corid powder is 1.5 teaspoons powder to a gallon of water.
Mix a new batch daily and make sure it's the only water they have available. Normal treatment is 5 days, and some extend treatment with half that dose for an additional week in cases of severe illness.
Here are a couple of links to the math getting to that dose if you are interested :

If you see blood in their stool, they need corid ASAP. They could be dead tomorrow if not.

if i start it tomorrow i wont be able to give it to them until friday night, and my inlaw doesn't mess with the birds that much
mix up a big batch of it and put it out for them. Get the person that is taking care of them give them more as needed
