Chick #2 is a Plymouth Barred Rock...and...I could go either way on that one. I've had Barreds mature early and lay early...and while red, that's not a lot of comb....so hmmmmm....I'd wait and see if that is indeed some crowing come from it before I declare it a done deal.

I agree the rest are mostly Silkie crosses for reasons stated by other posters.

Need some help defining sex of one of my astralop.I got 3 chick's given to me & it looks like one could be a him.

it will be sad if it ends up that the first chick I ever hatched is a roo because I can't keep it but I am really leaning towards roo also. Luckily I don't have to get rid of it until it starts crowing so I'll wait a bit longer just in case it's just an early maturing pullet.
 
Is it still too early to tell the gender on the 5 3-week olds?
