Crowing
Intro and Friday:
The past few days have been hell and I feel like my world is crashing down around me.
I'm fine, but Friday after evening after school I had one of our young pullets start to go downhill and within a hour she dropped dead. This was my first time ever losing a chicken. That night my sister came over and at 1am we had to call an ambulance and I went to the ER with her.
Saturday:
After like 5 hours at 7am I went home while she was hospitalized I got 4 hours of sleep took a few hours to do some chores before getting back to the hospital around 3 in the afternoon. After a few more hours just before 7 that night she was released we came home and got some much needed rest
Sunday:
I woke up this morning to find the sister of my dead bird had passed that was today. I am now terrified because although the two deceased birds were in quarantine they showed no signs and quickly went downhill so I'm scared it may get to my flock somehow and I could lose all my birds.
I will hopefully be getting the two dead birds looked at our vet just isn't open till Monday
