Need suggestions..blood ring..baby still alive

Yes, there is a blood ring, have hatched many an egg before, seen a few blood rings..discarded them, but after the baby had "quit". I have never seen one go beyond the 10 day mark, and still be thriving like this little one! I am worried about the other eggs though...not sure if it can cause a problem for them? Thank you for any thoughts here.

one I had with a blood ring just hatched, can't tell it apart from the others.
