Need to go or IT WONT BE GOOD

Maybe you could ship them to her

If I'm not mistaken, you can't ship across state lines without NPIP (paperwork disclosing AI and Pollurum free) Shipping live large fowl is very expensive not to mention the specialty shipping boxes - it would set someone back some serious $$$

You're quite right. I believe totals came to near one hundred dollars for one adult bird the last time I checked.

Suggestions are always great!

Getting them shipped is something that could be looked into.

I realize @Star and eclipsa this is something you may not want to hear - but sometimes you have to be realistic. Every one of these chickens is fairly "old" in chicken years - from 3years on up - stress from shipping would be a concern, as well as overall health. It's fun to think of taking in "unwanted pets" but sometimes that's just not a very good idea - you would want to quarantine them away from your existing flock for 30days for health observations - do you have a set-up that would allow you to do that. A lot of things needs to be considered before bringing adults to your property.

It best that @Jessica Thompson either advertise them for free on craigslist - with no stipulations - best not to ask questions. If birds are being sold or given away - you can't dictate what happens to them - you have no expectations to tell what they can/can't do with livestock they buy. The other option would be to cull, eat or give them a proper burial.

I don't mean to sound one bit harsh - but looking back - it looks like they have been trying since October to re-home a couple of these. Usually, if they are put on craigslist - someone will take them, unless people are seeing something they don't like.

i know this doesn't sound like an emergency but i need To rehome these chickens NOW or the consequence will not be good I hope to get each and every one good homes they all have there own names and personalitys too here are there pictures and bios
