Do these little bantams look fully feathered? 5 weeks old. They've been in the coop without heat. Temps have been 90-100.. except tonight it is 40ish degrees so I brought them inside. Also what breeds do they look like? I know their easter eggers but idk what they are mixed with.

Probably Easter Eggers mixed with other Easter Eggers.

Pea combs and blue egg gene might ultimately come from ancestors that were Ameraucanas or Araucanas. Muff/beard on the face might come from Ameraucana ancestors (not present in Araucana.) Feather color is caused by many genes, that give different results depending on how they are combined, so there's no easy way to identify a particular breed that caused the feather color of either chick.
